Opconverge helps businesses shift their view of data — away from a technical concern and towards a fundamental operational driver

Many businesses see data as a tech problem, and not as the core operational issue it is. They miss the true context of what an effective comprehensive data strategy brings to operational performance – the end-to-end view from action to profit, The result? Lost opportunities, misaligned talent, death by dashboards, and little positive impact to the bottom line.

Opconverge offers a different approach, to see data through the lens of operations and a Data Operating Model. This model brings together the domains of tools, analytics, AI, automation, governance, processes, and people into a cohesive narrative and strategy that drives business growth and builds trust in your data. We believe all data activities are transformative in nature, and that the data journey isn't just about "better" data or "better" governance.  Instead, it's about fostering innovative and efficient relationships between your data points, activities, goals, and metrics, leading to enhanced profit margins, greater resilience, a stronger ability to pivot, and a renewed capacity for innovation. We aim for fit for purpose ways of working with data, not just faster horses.
